Here are some Quik-Mix ratios (Consult manufacturer's documentation for more detailed explanation):

Gasoline: 1:300 (one gallon to 300)

Diesel: Warm weather 1:1000

Diesel: Cold weather 1:500

For Problem Resolution;

1 gallon Hydroburn for every one gallon of water to be neutralized (both gas & diesel)

To reverse phase separation:

Three gallons for every one gallon of phase separated ethanol-water.
